Jonathan, an Oregon licensed acupuncturist, utilizes the therapeutic modalities of traditional Chinese medicine: Asian bodywork, acupuncture, nutritional therapy, herbal prescriptions, and cupping to help people regain balance in their health.

Education
I received my Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree from the accredited Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2014 after finishing a 3 year apprenticeship / residency program in Jin Shou Tui Na (a form of a manual medicine traditionally practiced by martial artists to treat trauma from both chronic and acute injuries).
I have also interned at various hospitals in Nanjing, China to enriched my deep and unique understanding of these treatment modalities. I’m continually researching new ways of applying ancient knowledge to present day health concerns.
Work History
Following my internships in China, I worked with a variety of skilled and talented practitioners in the Portland metro area. Additionally, I continue to support building the community with Oregon College of Oriental Medicine to further knowledge in the Chinese medicine field.
Passion for my Practice
Healing people is my life’s purpose, and I love using my skills to help make a progressive change in people’s lives. This has been a value of mine since my youth as I learned nourishing family recipes to sustain health.
